Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Initial Fyrm Package

Fyrm's standard incorporation and business-support package is currently priced at $1,000 plus applicable taxes for the initial service period, allocated as follows:

The package may include services such as:

• incorporation assistance
• government filing support
• business-name or NUANS assistance where applicable
• corporate document preparation
• digital minute book
• corporate records
• CRA registration assistance
• compliance support
• annual-return assistance
• corporate administration
• a complimentary business website
• website design and setup
• ongoing management and maintenance of the website by Fyrm
• other services identified in the customer's package

The exact services included are those disclosed in the applicable package or agreement.

Government, Registry and Third-Party Costs

Government, registry, name-search and other third-party costs that have already been paid, committed or incurred by Fyrm on a customer's behalf are generally non-refundable.

If a filing has not yet been submitted and a particular government or third-party expense has not yet been incurred, Fyrm may refund that unspent amount where applicable.

If a government authority or third-party provider refunds an amount to Fyrm, Fyrm may pass the applicable refunded amount back to the customer.

30-Day Fyrm Satisfaction Guarantee

Fyrm provides customers with a 30-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee on the eligible Fyrm service-fee component of their initial purchase.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible Fyrm service fees. It does not automatically require Fyrm to refund:

• government fees already incurred
• registry fees already incurred
• incorporation filing costs already incurred
• name-search or NUANS fees already incurred
• third-party costs already incurred
• separately purchased third-party services already performed
• other non-recoverable costs paid on your behalf

Cancellation Before Incorporation Filing

If you decide not to proceed before Fyrm has submitted your incorporation or registration application, contact Fyrm as soon as possible.

Where government or third-party costs have not yet been incurred, those amounts may be refundable. Any expenses already incurred on your behalf may be deducted from the refund.

Once the Incorporation Has Been Submitted

Once Fyrm has transmitted an authorized incorporation, registration or other filing to a government registry, the filing generally cannot simply be withdrawn through Fyrm.

Government and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable unless Fyrm itself receives a refund.

Complimentary Website

Eligible Fyrm customers receive a complimentary business website as part of their package. The website itself does not have a separate purchase price and therefore does not create a separate cash refund amount.

Fyrm may begin work on the website during the initial service period. The website service may include:

• website design
• initial website setup
• publishing business information
• content updates
• technical maintenance
• general website management
• other included website-support services

If the customer's Fyrm subscription ends, Fyrm's obligation to continue actively managing, maintaining or updating the complimentary website may also end, subject to the applicable package terms.

Any separate arrangement relating to transfer, continued operation or management of the website after cancellation may be subject to additional terms.

Annual Fyrm Subscription

After the initial service period, eligible Fyrm accounts renew annually.

The annual subscription may include continued access to:

• corporate administration services
• digital minute-book services
• corporate record maintenance
• annual-return support
• compliance reminders
• document storage
• website management and maintenance
• customer support
• other features included in the customer's Fyrm package

The exact services available may depend on the applicable plan.

Automatic Annual Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, an eligible Fyrm annual subscription will automatically renew for another annual term. The customer's authorized payment method will be charged $600 plus applicable taxes, unless a different renewal price was disclosed to the customer before the renewal.

By enrolling in a recurring Fyrm annual service, you authorize Fyrm to process recurring annual payments until the subscription is cancelled.

Fyrm will provide renewal disclosures and notices where required by applicable law.

Cancelling Before Annual Renewal

You may cancel your Fyrm annual subscription before your next renewal date to prevent another annual renewal charge.

Unless otherwise specified, cancellation does not immediately remove services you have already paid for. You may continue receiving eligible services through the end of the existing paid term.

Fyrm does not generally provide prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription.

Seven-Day Annual Renewal Refund

If your Fyrm subscription has already renewed, you may request a refund of the eligible annual renewal service fee within 7 calendar days after the renewal charge.

To qualify for a voluntary annual renewal refund:

• Fyrm must receive your request within 7 calendar days of the renewal transaction.
• You must not have materially used services included in the newly renewed annual term.

Examples of use after renewal may include requesting or receiving:

• an annual-return filing
• a government filing
• preparation of new corporate documents
• director or officer changes
• shareholder or share changes
• corporate amendments
• new corporate-record work
• compliance work
• material website updates or website-management work
• another paid service included specifically in the renewed annual package

If the eligibility conditions are satisfied, Fyrm may refund the eligible annual renewal service fee.

Refunds After Seven Days

Annual renewal charges are generally non-refundable after 7 calendar days from the renewal transaction, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Fyrm does not generally provide:

• partial refunds
• prorated annual refunds
• credits for unused months remaining in an annual subscription

If you cancel after the refund period, your eligible services may continue until the end of your paid annual term.

Website Management and Annual Renewal

Continued website management is one of the services that may be included with an active Fyrm annual subscription. Where website management is included, this may include:

• website maintenance
• content updates
• business-information updates
• technical changes
• website administration
• reasonable ongoing management

If an annual subscription is cancelled or expires, Fyrm may discontinue ongoing website-management services after the end of the applicable paid term.

The termination of active website-management services does not by itself dissolve or otherwise affect the customer's corporation.

Additional Services

Fyrm may offer optional or additional services beyond those included in a standard package. These may include:

• additional government filings
• corporate amendments
• specialized website work
• marketing services
• trademark-related services
• accounting services
• professional services
• additional business services
• third-party partner services

Additional services may have separate pricing and refund terms disclosed before purchase.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

After Fyrm processes a refund, additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, credit-card issuer, payment processor or financial institution.

Incorrect, Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Please contact Fyrm promptly if you believe you were:

• charged twice
• charged an incorrect amount
• charged after a properly completed cancellation
• charged for a transaction you did not authorize

Fyrm will investigate the transaction. These situations are separate from Fyrm's voluntary satisfaction and renewal-refund policies.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Fyrm may decline a voluntary refund where there is reasonable evidence of:

• fraud
• intentional abuse
• material misrepresentation
• repeated misuse of promotional offers
• attempts to obtain completed services without payment

This section does not limit any legal rights that cannot be waived.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Customers may request cancellation or an eligible refund using the available account-management feature, or by contacting Fyrm using the details at the bottom of this page.

• email address associated with the Fyrm account
• sufficient information for us to identify the transaction

Changes to This Policy

Fyrm may update this Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy. Changes will not retroactively remove a refund right that has already arisen from a completed transaction.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
