Are there any hidden fees?+
No. You pay Fyrm's flat fee plus the government registry fee, and both numbers are shown before you confirm. There is no markup on the government fee and no surprise charge afterward.
What exactly is the government fee?+
It's the amount the registry charges to process your filing — for example, Corporations Canada's fee for a federal incorporation. Fyrm collects it and pays it to the registry on your behalf, at cost.
What if my business name gets rejected?+
We review your NUANS report for conflicts before filing to avoid this. If a name is still rejected by the registry, we help you choose an alternative and re-file at no additional Fyrm fee — you only cover any government re-filing charge.
