Are there any hidden fees?+
No. You pay $500 for our service plus the $499 government filing fee, so $999 plus tax, and both numbers are shown before you confirm. Nothing else is charged until your annual fee a year later.
What exactly is the $499 government fee?+
It is the amount charged to process and register your incorporation. Fyrm collects it and pays it to the registry on your behalf. There is no markup on it, and it is shown as its own line at checkout so you can see exactly what goes where.
What does the $500 a year cover?+
Staying in good standing. We file your annual return, keep the minute book and registers current, record director and officer changes, and track every filing deadline in your jurisdiction. The first charge lands one year after you incorporate, and you can cancel anytime.
Why is there only one package?+
Because a corporation needs all of it. Tiered pricing usually means the cheap plan leaves out the minute book or the CRA accounts, and you find out later. We give every client the full package at one price, and add the website on top.
What is included in the free website?+
Every business that incorporates with Fyrm gets a website built and launched for them at no extra cost. You tell us about the business, our design team builds the site, and it goes live so you can start taking enquiries the same week you are incorporated.
What if my business name gets rejected?+
We review your NUANS report for conflicts before filing to avoid this. If a name is still rejected by the registry, we help you choose an alternative and re-file at no additional Fyrm fee, so you only cover any government re-filing charge.
