Complimentary Managed Website

Eligible Fyrm customers may receive a business website at no separate charge as part of their Fyrm service package. Fyrm may create, design, set up, maintain and manage this website on the customer's behalf.

To provide and manage the website, Fyrm may collect, use, store and publish information provided or approved by the customer, including:

• business description
• business address
• telephone number
• business email address
• operating hours
• products and services
• prices or service information
• logos
• photographs
• branding materials
• social-media links
• promotional content
• testimonials
• website content
• other information the customer requests Fyrm to publish

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information, images, logos, trademarks, photographs and other materials provided to Fyrm are accurate and may legally be used and published.

Fyrm may use third-party website platforms, hosting providers, domain services, security services, analytics providers, content-management systems and other technology providers in connection with providing the website service.

The exact website features and level of ongoing management included are determined by the customer's applicable Fyrm package.

Closing Your Fyrm Account

Closing or cancelling a Fyrm account does not automatically:

• dissolve your corporation
• cancel your business registration
• close CRA accounts
• remove information from government registries
• eliminate your corporation's legal filing requirements

Certain information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Fyrm platform and customer websites managed by Fyrm may contain links to third-party websites.

Fyrm is not responsible for the privacy, security, content or practices of independent third-party websites.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Fyrm may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, government requirements or applicable laws.
